I want JVG replaced with someone who will adapt to his players strengths, that is the prime reason for a coach change imo. I'm starting to see JVG coach a bit better by actually not coaching and letting t-mac create while disregarding the 16 second half court set. If JVG does this I do not want him gone, people want him gone because of his hard-headedness or ignorance of his players special offensive abilities. If he corrects this then I have no reason to want him gone. He has been quoted to say he "will not change..." he "knows what wins and what doesn't". We'll see about that.
A new coach will certainly not be the answer for this team. I say give the guy the rest of the season and after that fire Dawson, get in a real GM, go after Jackson hard and also take a good look at Nate macmillan. Also, take a look at Yao and whether to trade him or not.
