Difference in career QB rating, between Reg season & Playoffs (rounded number)
    - Herbert: 30 points worse career playoffs QB rating, from reg season
    - Maye: 30 points worse career playoffs
    - Stroud: 13 points worse career playoffs

    2025 playoffs rating:
    - Herbert: 25 points worse
    - Maye: 30 points worse
    - Stroud: 40 points worse
    2024 playoffs
    - Herbert: 61 points worse
    (Stroud: 5 points better)

We can "but the EYE test" all we want.. Herbert's 2024 playoffs was way worse than 2025 Stroud. But Herbert is considered "unfinished business", while Stroud is trash bin ready

How come Herbert is allowed to have a bounce back year. And is credited as "success in spite of roster", while also simultaneously given the excuse that his roster "finally collapsed" to cause his issues? But CJ is supposed to overcome similar roster issues?

If it is about "Its still about WINS" like Drake Maye, then as least Stroud won in playoffs. ZERO career playoff wins for Herbert. Playoffs Stroud has shown a much higher ceiling than Playoffs Herbert. Playoffs Herbert has only shown Playoff CJ's floor, none of the ceiling. But Herbert is a franchise jewel, CJ is for the sewers

No I would not have resigned CJ to a high dollar contract. I am saying that it makes sense for why it's going with CJ again. If Herbert is considered "situationally unfortunate", Stroud can get similar 2nd opportunity

CJ's 2nd oportunity for me came after his 2nd yr and got Slowik fired because he wanted more control of the offense. At that time I was like OK I'm in prove it mode when it comes to CJ. Well CJ proved some things to me, 1. He's not very smart 2. Last yr after the concussion he was scared to death.

One guy has posted in this thread about a thousand times and it’s always negative. He’s hated CJ from the very beginning and I think he enjoys it if CJ has a bad game just so he can come in here and make some noise. What a guy.

Haters gonna hate, this will be my first yr as a season ticket holder. I consider myself somewhat lucky and it better rub off on CJ. That deer in the headlights look in the last playoff game still makes me nervous.
