I've read plenty places where the only way to make sure a hockey team is profitable is to have and control an arena and the surrounding area/entertainment district

I read this over the week, and this is significant news...these guys are very plugged in. I suspected Austin might be getting used as leverage to get Houston moving quickly. Attending a Houston franchise NHL game is on my bucket list, so this must occur. THANK YOU FOR YOUR ATTENTION TO THIS MATTER. - MadMax
