Cav's have the most upside and no downside. If he wins, it's the storybook ending. If he doesn't, he retires for the team that drafted him (and probably gets the Magic Johnson ownership discount on an ownership down the road). Everything else is just content.
what a ****ing narcissist and drama queen. Can't let his play do any of the talking so wants to hijack another summer to predict which team will get his 10ppg season Its hilarious people think he was even on the fringes of the GOAT conversation. Klutch sports has been paying podcasts to promote that nonsense for a reason
While he was already basking in his power to put the NBA on hold a second time, LeBron's ego gets a soothing public stroke from Adam Silver.
People say LeBron could be a vindictive SOB. They say he caught sciatica because the Lakers didn't offer him a contract extension. Could this be LeBron reacting to the NBA deciding he wasn't worth a max contract anymore? Who knows. All of the necessary information to make a decision is out there.
I guarantee he announces it today or Monday. He doesn’t want to share his news on days the World Cup is going on.
IMO Miami would be the worst choice for LBJ of the 3 main ones if he wants to win. That team has zero depth with old aging stars. Yikes.
It is embarrassing, but Silver is correct to wait. Like it or not, LeBron has been the biggest draw in the NBA for the past 20 years. It's possible that the NBA doesn't need him anymore. The Playoffs and Finals drew great numbers, and the Lakers weren't involved past 4 second-round games. But LeBron's Last Dance is going to draw more attention than any other single player or team.
I think he’s taking his talents to “Who Gives A Crap”! Even if he goes to another super team and wins he will always be the Longevity GOAT! MJ is THE GOAT!
