That game yesterday still pisses me off. Should be on a 4 game win streak and sitting at .500 right now.

at least he didn't give up multi-runs homerun unlike burrows. offense gave him a lead and he did what he could

not to mention he coming back out there after a bleeding finger in the 1st. he fought and held just enough

Atleast Joe learned from his mistake and sent that bum back down to triple A. Mike burrows is currently tied for the most losses of any starting pitcher in the major league.

Knowing this we still let him pitch while we chase the Mariners/Rangers.

Can we even call Tatsuya a starter? Seems more like an opener to me. 50/50 chance he doesn’t even come out of the dugout for the 4th inning.

2-0 is plenty better but at least Mariners lost.

Maybe yesterday springboards Matthews. Today made hits in b2b games for the first time in almost a month. He hadn't had a hit in 2 weeks before yesterday. Hopefully this springboards Brice period, not just road games..

Plus only 1-run on Monday. The Astros differential is so much an abomination, -1 are victories -- especially if leverage guys aren't involved.

This signing is looking worse every start, you don't know what you will get from this guy, he has some nice pitches, but his inconsistency is killing any good vibe I get from him. I am rooting for him but dam, we won't get anywhere if we can't count on him to go 6
