    Now that his future is set, let's see if Tari will get in the gym and find some passion for playing this game again. I think the uncertainty around the contract and the negotiations took some of his passion away and turned last season into a grind. Let's see if we can find the guy who was playing with such hunger to win.

    Fair, I guess I buy how much he worked on his shooting last offseason. And he did shoot almost 36% on his most 3pt attempts per game ever. I’m gonna bet the efficiency keeps climbing. 37% should be attainable next season.

    If you have someone on scam money, you want the scam to last as long as possible. No brainer

    Somebody correct me if I’m wrong, but this is pretty much the most Houston could offer correct?

    This deal is still open for a sign and trade on the 6th right?

    Sometimes when these guys bet on themselves and lose this **** happen. He probably needs to be graceful about it, especially inside of the context of being set for life.

    Great deal... I happy

    Assuming he stays healthy, he'll be a great trade chip to include for our blockbuster trade for a superstar.

    I hope the deal is backloaded. Tari Eason is a very average basketball player who can't shoot and misses 20+ games a year. I am actually not happy about giving him 5 years.

    This is where Stone should've copied Morey's lowball tactics. Let him test the market and match whatever they get. Tari has no market. No team with cap room is willing to spend on him.

    It's awful.

    Tari is injury prone, 5 years? Lol

    3-4 years is okay, 5 years is too many and unnecessary. Tari has no market, no one is giving him 5 years. All Stone had to do is to sit at home and wait for whatever garbage offer he gets and match it.

    Eason was going to get 15 point whatever million per year. Someone would’ve thrown the full MLE at him.

    We made the contract a year longer than it needed to be, and on top of that we gave him a player option.

    I don’t even know if we could’ve afforded to offer more or how much more we could’ve offered but relative to the fact that we tried to pay him last year and he passed. This seems fair to all parties.

    Tari possibly out due to injury in the half of next season.

    Our injury army on the bench:
    ==========
    Adams
    Fred
    DFS
    Bogdan
    Tari
    KD
    ========

    Enjoy the broken Rockets.
    We will regret for not firing Stone.

    I think that’s a steal. If he didn’t have that 2 month wtf stretch, he’d definitely be getting 25/year.

    If this is and GetOffMyDickerson is "acceptable" player attitude, imagine how much of a diva that Cam Whitmore had to be :D

    Agree with both of these points, high probability that he's in the package that we offer for ANT next summer.

    As for this year, I expect that we'll still cheer Tari and then yell at him 30 seconds later, but I'm hoping that the mental shooting slump will be a thing of the past and we'll get to see him push closer towards 38-39% from 3.
