More evidence that Ime is the real GM. Stone is being led around by the nose. I’m not opposed to Smart at the right price. He is certainly an upgrade to FVV.
yea because it worked out so well the last time we poached an injury prone free agent from the Lakers. also, another guard who can't shoot. This is clearly an Ime decision but Stone is just as complicit. dude is such a pushover. at least Smart will be the one guy who stands up to KD when he's on his cycle unless the other guys who admire him even though KD thinks theyre all garbage.
Has played 20, 34, and 62 games over the last 3 seasons and is 32. He’s a good defensive guard that can’t shoot; a veteran role player at this point in his career. The health is scary but as long as we don’t overpay that’s fine.

Not happy with the effort to get marcus smart. Doesn't address the team weaknesses in terms of shooting, playmaking, penetrating etc.
