[Official] Texans Off Season Thread

There's been only three HDT penalties called since the rule was adopted. That's every NFL game for two years. That's mind-blowing.

 

Why even make it illegal? That's ludicrous.

I'm also watching WC soccer, CWS baseball, and the Astros. I'm a bit distracted.

 

Any QB needs escape time. He does pretty well outside the pocket if he has time.

 

[Schefter] Just in: NFL is declining to hold a supplemental draft this summer, currently leaving the 2027 Draft as the only way for QB Brendan Sorsby to enter the NFL.

 

I think he has earned a chance. How many games were wins last year when he filled in for CJ?

 

A chance to be a life-long backup. Agreed.

 

I get your drift (and your dry humor) but I think he is better than that. I think he would have done better in the NE game. I might have done better in that game!
