Saw this guy in mom's backyard the other day. He's a friendly, and apparently they spend almost their entire life off the ground in shrubs/trees/etc. "Rough Green Snake" is the species, I believe. Can't really tell in the picture (didn't have a banana or beer can for scale) but he's about 4 feet long https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Opheodrys_aestivus
