Walker has regressed to last year's Walker - Espada needs to bench him - don't let him feel safe, same for Altuve.....anyone.... DD
Walker has not regressed since last year. .238 .297 .421 .717 98 OPS+ .241 .313 .481 .794 120 OPS+ What ****ing planet do you live on, fat man?
From the start of this season he has regressed to LAST YEAR's version. WTF is wrong with you and getting personal, anyway - you used to be better than that. And FFS contribute to this site - you have been here long enough to help out. DD
seems like they’re taking their creatine without staying properly hydrated… I swear- the nutritional/supplements & conditioning/recovery staff has to be the absolute dogshitworst in the league and has been for some time. Its not the medical staff, its the aforementioned who cant keep this team healthy.
This game would have been won just by giving about mid effort from Brown and team. We keep trying random guys like Delgado who Dana thinks has great glove because they have no bat. Calm the fking juggling of lineup Joe. Make a decision and play about same guys dozen games and tell them to help team win on every play and AB and stop thinking trying to shine personally so would play next day too. Guardians sold last year with 39-42 and won division. We prob.don't even make that record and will get swept if Lambert don't beat Bieber 3rd game being Burrows game. Guardians pulled off 49-32 second half with horrible team and won a division. We have players to do that but having half the lineup, GM trying to prove he can GM and mouthbreathing dufus manager pulling random levers all fighting for tomorrow(not future, tomorrow) job is't enviroment for long we fortified & united against odds and world surge. I don't wish anything bad to Abreu. Ty for the great years and he might even be example for players CBA fight how unfair it's give 6 underpriced years and not make a bag if stuttering end of team control. But it's relief he's on restricted list, probably just briefly US-Canada document stuff. Ofcourse it can be anything. We don't need a guy on kinda rehab status taking a place in the BP. We have already taxed BP extra keeping him on roster all these weeks instead of putting him on phantom IL with "shoulder fatigue/back pain" like other teams would have if don't wanna send him somewhere. Don't wanna see Diaz here next season. If he gets any value trade him right away. If he keeps up sucking he might get few balls to hit (plus some mistake and non contending team) and succeed shortly which Dana and Joe will see as great progression. This will fk us in the long run. He wants to do what he wants to do.
I wasn't getting personal, you just annoy me. "Through my good friend Johnny Namedrops backyard telescope I can see the Lunar Lander on the Moon!" It's hilariously awful that you actually tried to pawn that off. I'll never forget it.
Just checked Bieber rehab starts. Has been roughed up and did't have much stuff to begin with left. Hopefully team realises this is like 10th last time to put up fight. Run Line Spread: Houston Astros (-1.5) 2.75 Houston Astros Toronto Blue Jays
TBH I would be happy if we could just get to .500, to many variables where we need to be perfect and this team just doesn't have that make up. We need to string 8-9 games in a row with a W and if we can't start with Hunter on the mound I don't know if it's possible. If we could sneak into the playoffs maybe we do something but this feels like a first round exit at best. Crane will not fire Joe mid-season IMO so ride this out and let him go after the last game. Big question is, will we sell at the deadline and if we do is it Pena, Walker or Paredas
Yep, I did that, about what 25 years ago. Richard Garriot - was looking for attention then, big deal! Let it go. And yes, calling someone "Fat Man" is 100% personal.....and you annoy me too......but we can still talk Astros...oh, and apology accepted for you not comprehending my point about Walker regressing this season from his hot start. DD
Is Joe to blame for roster construction? The OF is not hitting, starters or reserves. There is no Mike Trout sitting on he bench that Joe is refusing to play. There are also no top 100 prospects in the AAA OF that the Astros are holding back. The Astros pitchers are less of mess, but they have rotated some AAAA pitchers from AAA. Logan VanWey?, I mean really. I may be spoiled by the mostly injury free 2022 championship season  Roster construction is more on Dana Brown. And the Astros would be brain dead to fire Dana Brown right before the MLB draft.
