    Rockets need to keep the Nets 2027 first round pick after this trade. Nets are not making the playoffs next year.

    Looks like they just moved back a few spots. They probably think one of their guys will still be available and the 2nd rd contract situation is better for them.

    This is basically just a salary dump.

    The Nets win this deal because they get a good player and move up a few spots while only increasing payroll ~$10MM.

    I'm not sure I understand what the Bulls are doing here.
