There's been only three HDT penalties called since the rule was adopted. That's every NFL game for two years. That's mind-blowing.

Why even make it illegal? That's ludicrous.

eta: it was the Bears. Bengals are still assholes.

eta2: that was early in the season, I swear there was one later but I'm obviously misremembering.

I'm also watching WC soccer, CWS baseball, and the Astros. I'm a bit distracted.
