As a black person, splc has done a lot for me indirectly over the years. Organizations like them have evolved as there is less racial hatred.

They aren't grifting anyone, how often do you hear about them? They didn't organize the. Charlottesville rally

 

racial hatred has declined so much they've had to evolve to invent it.

 

I do find it unusual that they have high level informants but they fight extremism through legal action. I doubt they could take action against an organization for actions orchestrated by an informant

They haven't taken action against any extremist groups since 2020 just government organizations
