He made the runoff, they had to wait and see how many votes he had before rigging the election.... Just like 2020....

No one has made the runoff except Bass. It’s too close to call for #2 and #3. They are still counting ballots which is how it is written into California election law. The election will likely be called around June 15th.

You are welcome to obsess over how California or Los Angeles is run, and you may be shocked to learn that more Democrats in Los Angeles are voting for Democrats rather than for for some loser/grifter/has been/D list reality celebrity, but the election counting itself is nothing nefarious.
