The other black kid involved in that alleged robbery or roughing up of the store owner would be then charged with his own buddys murder these are laws that were put in with the intention of harming other black people, never truly put in place to harm white people. Just like stand your ground, what makes this case so fascinating is that both instances in this case favor the black kid. Which is why the court is being sensitive with allowing cameras and cell phones in the courthouse for a state trial, not anything federal

Which is why if you are in these FBA spaces, the moderators will have you believe that the Rick Chow dude was allowed to walk in south carolina purposely in a democrat stronghold district as an "eff you" to FBA by Jim Clyburn for choosing the couch and not showing up in the support for the immigrants or the democrats any longer, we are not shucking and jiving for anymore democrats without tangibles most notably a federal hate crime bill like the asians and by proxy the arabs/indians recieved during the "stop asian hate" movement

Supposedly the knife was 5 inches. I think that's shorter than what we were allowed to bring to school in my day. Hell, it was kinda weird if you didn't have a knife on you where I grew up. Given how small that knife it is incredibly unlucky that stab wound ended up being fatal.
