It’s crazy how it’s still not a full look at the whole uniform. Where’s the dunkstronaut logo? I agree that 100x better than what we had, BUT: 1. Adding yellow to everything is not it 2. That street sign shaped logo is awful 3. Dunkstronaut does not look good in red and yellow, black and white looks much better. Would’ve gone better with a city jersey in space theme w/ blue and stars. 4. The lines look subtle in some shots and too reminiscent of other - Raptors come to mind - so not sure how to feel. 5. Definitely feels like they tried to do way too much, incorporate everything fans liked and did not stick to one direction. Everything is a too busy and going back to the huge R on the shorts like the Yao jerseys is not it for me. 6. LOVE the font 7. LOVE the numbers Finally something that makes sense as the numbers and letters go together, though I myself would’ve a Nike executive to stop forcing compressed jerseys (use the whole jersey!). And would’ve kept pinstripes to the black ones, if it’s meant to be intergalactic. 6/10 overall, so a tad disappointed and as an overhaul they kind of failed overall, but I just love how we finally have jerseys that makes sense that I didn’t give it a 3-5 out of 10. Keeping the R logo with just yellow is a big L honestly. All those 3 logos are not done well.
I feel like having the red waistband with the white unis and the white with the red would've made these a lot better
It's fitting that the new logo is the shape of a yield sign. After all, the Rockets' front office has been doing plenty of unwanted yielding over the years to other NBA teams.
Spurs black jersey has grey numbers. Is Nike saying the grey/silver numbers isn’t doable *with* pinstriping. Then get rid of pinstriping for the black?

Biggest negative for me is the Wordmark. The lowercase "t" is just dumb. I hated it in 94 and hated it now. There is no reason for the mishmash of upper case and lower case. No one does that and for good reason. It is sloppy.
Not a fan of the pin strips. They are not great, but not as doomsday as most folks are making them sound.
the red on the home doesn't look dark enough either, overall an upgrade but still missing a lot, 6.5/10
Watching Duboise and Clutch talk to these two marketing people… “The R was very important to keep!” “We’re giving the fans what they want”
Appreciate the update, Ben. “They feel like the R has a lot of brand equity” — I feel like they’re dead wrong, and I wonder how much research they bothered to put into this. If ClutchFans is any indication, that R generates nothing but totally negative opinions.
