How the NBA lottery can be rigged

While I have no reason to believe the NBA lottery is rigged, this can be accomplished using instantaneously and individually programmable magnetic balls.

Each ball has a built in magnet that can be turned on or off via wireless. The base of the machine has a magnetic material. At each moment in the drawing, you know which numbers you do NOT want drawn. So someone programs in those numbers before drawing each ball. This prevent those particular undesired balls from being drawn as magnetic action pulls those downward.

When the person is drawing the balls, he would step on a hidden floor petal right before drawing the ball and releasing the pedal immediately after. So the magnets would only be working for ~1 sec or less. That way the balls mix freely except for that brief moment and thus this magnetic effect cannot be seen easily by the naked eye. You would also program the bare minimum of balls for every ball drawn as well.

So the lottery can be rigged if they wanted to using this method.
