    LOL Okay...... unless something has drastically changed, the amount of pay and benefits in NYC are vastly better than in Houston. That doesn't even get into how much better the NYC government is ran than it is in Houston.

    I don't really see many NYC police officers moving to Houston but who knows.... looks like typical Texas politics championed after Governor Abbott... where they say a lot and do very little.

    Those guys only move when they retire. Their whole identity is NYC and NYPD. It'd be like a Texas Ranger picking up and moving to Oregon in the middle of their career. It's just not happening save for maybe a very occasional and quite odd individual.

    In related news, NYC would lose a million+ residents, according to some posters who claimed people would flee from the Muslim socialist. Any updates on this?
