I wish we had drafted Uar Bernard in the 7th round. He’s truly a beast.

Howie always eats in the draft.... he knows you cannot teach size, speed, agility, etc.

    IMHO
Cards draft was trash... wtf are they doing at RB? somebody getting traded

Ravens did well (per usual) - like Ioane + Sarratt + Randall

For all the picks, the Bills had only Kilgore (possibly Bell) as good picks

Panthers, Bengals, Broncos, Lions, Jags = trash draft

Bears Mfn ATE (DT, Logan Jones, Roush, Muhammad, Van den Berg)

Browns drafting Taylen is comedy gold

Cowturds pulled a BDN (nailed 1st 2 picks then were too hungover to function in the rest of the draft)

GB did well (Cisse, DDS, Burton)

Clots may have found some guys

    Chiefs, Thumbtacks = we'll see

Raiders, Dolphins, Vikes Jets, = did well

Philly = Howie Rosemann just operates at a different level

Where did BDN leave $$$ on the table after 1st 2 great picks:
    - 2-59: Hill is sitting right there or Roush
    - 4-106: I'm okay with Nwaiwu (but DDS & Mike Washington are right there!)
    - 4-123: Skyler Bell or Bryce Lance
    - 5-141: Ramsey is okay, but IMHO Kilgore would have been a monster pick (or Nick Singleton or Jaden Dugger)
    - 6-204:who??/ (Micah Morris or Van Den Berg or VJ Payne)
    - 7-243: Uar Bernard

    Imagine this draft instead
    1-26: IOL Rutledge
    2-36: IDL McDonald
    2-59: TE Roush
    4-106: RB Mike Washington Jr
4-123: WR Bryce Lance or Skyler Bell
    5-141: LB Jaden Dugger
    6-204: DB VJ Payne
    7=243: IDL Uar Bernard

    UDFA Edge Michael Heldman

That's an A+++ draft right tthhuurrrr

So many draft experts on this thread......
Nobody knows who is going to be good, great, or a bust. And several guys advocated for the Texans to pick, didnt get chosen at all. I know, I know, its an opinion board, nobody is claiming to be an expert, etc. I'm just as guilty as anybody. Just an observation.

The annoying part isn’t having an opinion, it is the certainty with which some express it, often combined with insulting those who actually have to make decisions. The internet - and world - would be so much better off if people could admit what they don't know.

Everyone here is an expert, including me. We all know we know more than every team out there. Why did this team pick all those useless players after the 1st 2, am I right? They should have consult with one or all on this board before they made these crazy picks.

    All kidding aside,

Enjoy the ride, you never know. What if, just imagine for a minute, the front office and all the scouts luck out, after all, the draft is still a crab shoot. The OLine finally becomes servable, leading to a revived CJ, making for a good offense, and the DT that is like Mountain in Game of Thrown, makes good and defense is elite. Look out.

Sarcastically calls some draft experts, while also saying nobody is claiming to be an expert, I'm not exactly sure what you are getting at or trying to call out.

    Welcome to the board. :)

As I smoke a cigar and sip a nice red blend, here's a few thoughts for my brothers and sisters.

    - Overall, I'm happy with our draft. The first 2 picks were HRs and add solid competition and attitude to the trenches.

    - I really wanted a stud TE. If Klein becomes that in 2-3 years then that's a great pick. If he doesn't, then our TE jinx remains intact. I'm pulling for you young man!

    - Adding the Nigerian Nightmare (hoping he becomes a black hole for all DL) was a surprise and hopefully he becomes a stud on the OL.

    - Wade Whoopaz was a need and I trust Coach to make him a legit chaos creator. We need a cover LB bad.

    - Ramsey was a gift from our friends at USC. We needed talented depth and he should provide that with Reed from last yr.

    - I'm not sure about Bond, but some folks like him so hopefully he can contribute.

    - Fisher is a champion and was the heart/brain for their defense. He didn't run great, but everything else looks good.

We didn't get a RB, Edge or CB in the Draft, but picked up some interesting prospects as UDFAs, maybe we get a surprise from that haul.

Could we have done better? Who knows now, it'll take a few years to figure it out. But for now, I'm thrilled with the top and excited to see what the rest can do. In any case, it was a nice reprieve from Rockets and Astros collapses.

Honestly, Diego Pavia intrigues me as someone to sign. Yeah, he's short, but was a Heisman finalist, and an extra QB with different skills couldn't hurt our depth. I'd like to see him get an opportunity here.

Stowers carried Pavia in the same way Mike Evans carried Johnny Manziel.

Look, it was just a comment for a 3rd stringer or possible backup. Why would I know that guess Heisman finalists are nominated when they have no elite skills? I didn't know being a Heisman finalist means nothing.

Tebow won a Heisman. You want him for your qb also?
