Anyone know how much 24hr fitness multi yr plan cost nowaday? I know if you pay up front, the renewal rate is a lot cheaper. I have heard $800 for 3 yrs. Please state the type of club and term of plan. Thanks
24 Hr Fitness Bally's Fitness Dude, I'm not picking on you directly, but I wonder how someone knows enough about the internet to get to this site and post, yet can't find the answer they need elsewhere on the net. Granted, asking for opinions here are fine, but do some of the needed research first.
I did this one about 5 yrs ago 800/36 ~ roughly 22$ a month to be .. the great benefit is being able to ReUp for 107$ a year that is less than my EV1 bill Also . .. I see far more 24 Fitnesses than bally's Rocket River
I noticed the one on 45 South is moving across from Almeda Mall. Anyone know if that's going to be a Super Sports? This area desperately needs one.
The more $ you put down, the cheaper your monthly will be. Without putting anything down, it will cost you around $40 a month.
I Paid right around $800 for 3 years and my renewal rate is only 99 bucks so it's really worth it for me now. I didn't have to pay any sign up fees or anything since i paid for it right up front. Comes out to a nice 22 bucks a month with no extra fees and now that i am only doing the renewel thing it is costing me about $9 a month. That is the reason that i really did the whole thing up front on my credit card. That way i do get that 9 bucks a month deal from now on.
2 months ago, I paid $620 for 3 years and $20 a year after that. I negotiated through a local fitness center rather than the corporate offices. I mentioned rates that I knew other members were paying and of competitors. As it got closer to the end of the quarter, the salespeople started making lots of concessions. That probably will not happen this quarter because they get a lot of business around the Holidays and with New Years resolutions.
These 3 year deals sound great if you use it. I signed up for the $33 a month thing and went like twice in two months (didn't help that it was a 25 minute drive to any of the locations near me). I cancelled that one pretty fast.
super sports are the FORMER Q fitness clubs IMO not worth the effort Sports are kewl they have basketball courts Rocket River
It is a Sport club here in Dallas (Irving). Although the membership is good at all Sport locations. I mentioned two competitors. One is the rinky dink no name club located in my office building. It is cheaper, but does not have as much stuff. The other is a new Life Fitness club being built close to my house. It is more expensive, but has a lot more stuff. I talked several times with each of the clubs mentioning what I liked about the other clubs and eventually this was the price 24 Hour Fitness gave me. Good luck.
id say 24 hour fitness based on there are far more locations to go to. Dunno how many Golds Gyms they have. But for me, i choose based on how many locations.
Im having the same problem im looking for some 3 month deal for the summer but i really cant find an affordable price.
about 7 years ago my mom, dad, and i signed up and because my dad is a gov't employee and my mom a pre-school teacher we got some great deals. currently we're paying $32/month for the 3 memberships so i roughly pay myself $10/month and its been valid at every single 24 hr fitness, regular, sport, super sport what have you here in california i've tried. so check into if u can get any special offers because you're a teacher or a spouse is a teacher or something. my friend recently signed up there and is having to pay like 25-30 a month after putting a good amount of money down. (oh yeah we each had to put $125 down when we applied so it was $375 down and its been 10/month since then so i been loving this deal.)
