Alex Pretti, 37, a caucasin VA nurse in Minn, was shot dead in the street by masked ICE agent with no identification; they pepper-sprayed him in the face and then wrestled him to the floor as he filmed an immigration operation on his phone.


ICE then lied about the fatality, claiming that Pretti ambushed federal agents with his gun and “wanted to do maximum damage and massacre law enforcement.”
