Here's something my friend told me the other day, which I found really hard to believe. Anyone else heard of this: Apparently, he said that dealers will buy ferrari's, or similar cars in speed, and completely black them out. Black out windows, paint everything black, even rims, no headlights. They put a silencer on the exhaust, so it is barely audible. They strip just about everything from this car and load it with cocaine. Here's what got me.. he said they use infrared vision, because as you can imagine they have no other way of seeing their surroundings. He said they drive around 200 MPH, mostly undetected... Does this sound familiar to anyone, or as ridiculous to anyone as when I first heard it? EDIT: Snopes is your friend. Guess I was right http://www.snopes.com/autos/law/stealth.asp
I know this pot dealer back in Highschool who employed a similar trick. His 76 monte carlo was spray painted black, he had black junk yard rims and he had dark tinted windows so you couldn't see inside. He somehow managed to stay under the cops radar for years before someone ratted him out.
