O Neal was totally justified for smacking that FAT dude on the court. As Artest jumping into the stands, he risked getting attacked by fans. But if a fan runs on the court, then security should stop him. If security didn't stop him, then he's fair game. If David Stern can drop a 30 game suspension, then he could blacklist fans for ALL NBA games. Jermaine O Neal didn't do anything wrong on that particular incident.

Im Ron Artesting this thread cause I want to beat it down further! The league should blacklist fans that run on the court. Why do fat dudes think they are tough?
This has already been discussed but some people just can not read or comprehend! If a fan walking on the court is fair game and a player is justified in smacking him then, Is a player getting on the stand also fair game and any fan is justified by beating him up? Think people, think. It is so hard?
Tinman, Jermaine O'Neal was a punk on that play and he sucker punched a guy that was not looking. J. O'neal should be charged with assault and the man should sue him for all he's worth. Even if the guy should not have been on the court, that does not give J. O'neal the right to run up and blast him lilke that.. Classless act. DD
