If harden was here green would have never been traded. Thats something I truly believe bc harden would have elevate his game. Fvv sucks at elevating the games of ones around him bc he sucks at play making. Its that simple. All I care about is developing the young folks game, fvv sucks at it and green was traded bc of it.
When the Rockets decided to punt the season by not looking at Harden deeply, I too decided to punt the season and my interest dropped. This team isnt going anywhere unless Reed is able to turn into Curry.
I’m gonna get flamed, but I trust Harden to stay healthy and produce more than Fred. I know it was pretty impossible to do with salary constraints, and who even knows if the Clips would have traded Harden to a rival, but Harden might have given this team a chance to contend this season.
We did chose harden... Morey traded for him... gave him a max contract... built the roster around him... gave in to every one of his narcissistic whims... then he told us to go fk ourselves... at that point he was dead to me...

It was a bad fight, no doubt. But it’s like when you break up with an old girlfriend and it ends messy… yall go your separate ways… then months/years later you link up again. You both know it’s not gonna be what it once was cause of too much history and too much baggage, but the chemistry is still there so you still have some fun. That’s what a Harden Part 2 would feel like to me. Not the original relationship… but still hella fun for what it is.
I truly hope that harden will end his career with us. At that stage of his career he will still b better than whatever fvv can provide for this team. Cause its astounding how far behind the development of our youngsters have been with fvv as pg. And if not harden at least an actual pg.
