You guys are a bunch if pissy brats. They don’t HAVE to make a deal. They will be the top spot for any PGs that get bought out. That costs us no fiture assets or current players. Trading Tari Eason for Coby White sounds like something but you lose Tari's production. The goal is to add to what we have and taking things away create a larger hurdle to overcome in bringing in assets. Are you better with Tari and Ball or just Coby White? Any good to great player is making salary to have to match and given the injuries to FVV and Adams, we would be giving up rotation pieces just to match salary. If they pick up a Lonzo Ball or other PG to play 20 min a night we're cool. The focus needs to be on developing more consistency from Jabari and Reed. Getting them to a better place developmentally will be a greater impact than picking someone up in a trade that costs us talent.

Almost 10 point guards were available for trade and the Rockets didn’t get anybody. We’re not a serious contender and we just wasted a year of KD.
As a fan of the NBA in general, this was a really active and interesting trade deadline. There were a lot of good players and big names moved and a lot of bad teams decided to trade for good players at the deadline. As a fan of the Houston Rockets, this trade deadline is really disappointing. Players that would have helped us like Coby White and Ayo Dosunmu were traded for second round picks. It's depressing that we couldn't part with precious draft capital to obtain another guy who can shoot and dribble the basketball. I look forward to the next trade deadline when we'll obviously do something....right?
No PG that's been traded for is winning us a championship though, what point is it to go giving up a valuable player like Tari for any of these players? Tari is better than Coby, better than Ayo, an elite three and defense player for a back up guard, one of them, Coby, is overpaid.
