This is essentially just 2 seperate trades but put in to 3-way trade for simplicity stakes.

    Chicago Out: Ayo Dosunmu
Chicago In: DFS, 2026 Chicago 2nd rd pick

Chicago Outlook: Get a wing they need while gaining their 2nd rd pick back for a player they are looking to move on from. Upside bet with DFS as he continues trying to round into shape and add some much needed defense and off-ball players.

    Brooklyn Out: Day'Ron Sharpe
Brooklyn In: Clint Capela, 2026 Houston 2nd

Brooklyn Outlook: All about asset gathering tbh.

Houston Out: DFS, Capela, Chi 2nd, Hou 2nd
Houston in: Ayo Dosunmu, Day'Ron Sharpe

Houston Outlook: Improving at the edges. Ayo gives us another 40% 3pt shooter on good volume and another secondary passer/ball handler that we desperately need. Not sure he is worth a 1st but I would be willing to give another 2nd. With Day'Ron we get an improvement to our backup center spot with Adams down for the yr. Younger with more spring in his step.

Additionally, this same framework works with Coby White also, if the team values him more. He would likely cost a 1st tho and i prefer the cost of a 2nd or 2 with Ayo more. If i HAD to spend a 1st for both, I would probably target Coby.

This such a homer trade. We are sending underwater contracts and 2nd round picks for two guys that are better, younger, cheaper with higher ceilings.

Below is a thought exercise of a trade construction, to rationalize our future. The money and draft picks work on draft night. Folks on this board won't like it.

Only relevant if a) our FO is ready to get real about fit, b) the Bucks wait until the draft to maximize the Giannis return, and c) the Lakers ownership continue their star-focused approach.

    Rockets in:
    Austin Reaves (S&T)
    Myles Turner

    Bucks in:
    Alperen Sengun
    DFS
    Jarred Vanderbilt
    Clint Capela
    Lakers '26, '31, '33 FRPs, '28, '30, '32 swaps

    Lakers in:
    Giannis

Lakers probably balk at their entire draft assets for 6 years, but it wouldn't take that much with Sengun in the mix.

Lakers would likely try to negotiate the swaps, but realistically their '26 pick will be around #20, and they'd end up with two all time greats in their prime + cap space, which is a dream for their new owners. I think LAL takes the deal pretty quick if it were on the table, as do the Bucks.

The problem would be that major three team trades are complex to execute, and adding the S&T layer w/ Reaves makes it even more challenging.

The complicated part is right. I think he ends up in GSW or stays in Milwaukee
