To be fair what moves are out there? I think they were anticipating the young guys taking another step forward and that just really hasn't happened. I think the offensive coaching philosophy and playing time is the biggest hinderance right now. This team would benefit the most from an offensive coordinator that Ime has no control over.
yeah, they'd really benefit from Reed taking his lumps running the point. Hard to take that leap when you are on such a short leash.
