Off with Van Gundy's head!! Sura is not gonna make it better (he is more of 2 guard!) and all our players are just gonna get more banged up as the season continues (and they are antiques mind you)...I don't see much hope with that r****d calling the plays and no decent point guard or bench. Send that b*stard back to Ny and gimme del, phil, or calvin when he's aquitted.

That was a tie game before Stockton's 3.

And you wonder why Yao could not lead this team down the stretch...

I'm sorry, those same "elbows" in the back were going all game... he just had more strength in the first half to not let it bother him.

Yao was spent throughout the 4th quarter... and that's a problem when you realize that this has happened each of the last two years in April, and several times in stretches throughout the season.

His conditioning is BETTER... but its not good enough yet. Its especially not good enough the last two games.

Yao did his part. T-Mac did his part. What about other guys? What about JVG? As long as JVG is the coach. this team will never get together.

I know... but then he was talking all about how you never let an out-of-bounds play beat you.

Remind me of the final of Kings vs. Lakers playoff, but this shot is even more rediculous than that one made by Horry.

Well, what can i said T-mac take a jump shot when she should drive and draw a foul. Let trade him for Peja Stovakavic and a point guard. Jesus this is not Kobe-Shaq but Person-Bradley.

Yes, you are right. It was Yao passing to Lue that got Lue got the 3 near the end of the game. Kurt Thomas never should have been left open.

I know...I still hate it when he passes the ball away when he's already established position and going to the basekt. I still hate how timid he plays sometimes. Again...just venting. Yao most certainly put in his share for the most part tonight. Whew....maybe I need to consider not watching sports (houston, ut stuff) at all for a month or two. ....yeah right.

Oh yeah it was Yao's fault. As the focal point on this team he has to take those shots, especially when the Knicks purposely took the ball out of Tracy's hands by trapping him and double-teaming him right across mid-court. Yao was right in the paint, yet he chose to pass the ball out. I don't think that our 3-point shooters were on fire during this game, or this season for that matter. Yao missed a few shots earlier in the 4th quarter and he just decided that he wouldn't shoot it again. That was mentally weak. He'll never be great if he refuses to take responsibility under those situations.

Well, you have to realize T-Mac and Yao are still young. They need right people to help 'em work on their games and improve their skills. Before Phil joined Lakers, Shaq and Kobe were not as dominat as they were later.

I think JVG need to step up and take full responsibility for the last two losses. Otherwise, he will have little support soon. If only Phil wanted to coach... I would shout "FIRE THAT m******f***er short bald guy!"

Energy that's what our team is missing.

JVG has gotten all of these Knicks players who he remembers tenacious defenders but he's forgotten that that was 5 years ago!

You can say what you will about how boneheaded Francis and Mobley were but at least they played with some fire.
