Ugly game. KD and Sengun saved the Rockets. Eason started good...but fell off a cliff. JSJ generally sucked despite seeing some posts about where are the JSJ haters. Reed sucked. Amen was good facilitating, but didn't make shots and defense was below his normal in the 1st half. DFS is slowly getting into form. I think his positional defense is there even if the body isn't and the offense is MIA.

Capela...not a good game, but appeared worth his contract.

 

Sweet win. Back to winnings ways.

It’s very funny that Sengun probably learned/improved his English by listening to other professional athletes and now does the “you know…” in his interviews like American players.

 

Great game. If we can play like this consistently then I might have to prepare myself a year's worth of crow for dinner. One callout though, those last few minutes were very dangerous and a better team than Memphis would probably make those shots and spark a comeback. We got to clean up better on those wide open shots

 

I just tuned in on 4th quarter and had a fun time watching the game you know~ I guess three quarters were not that fun tonight but we pull through you know~

 

Thank goodness that’s over and we won!

 

The Grizzlies sort of threw our guys off by how hard and fast they were playing, but I think they sort of burned themselves out by the 4th (not to mention our guys getting used to their pace and locking up).

Learning experience for Reed, I think he’ll be better for this game having happened.

KD doing KD things, the smoothest 33 you could ask for…

And Alpi was just incredible!
