You believe his supporters now believe all deportations must stop? Can you provide any prominent examples of this?
LOL. what an unchristian and low IQ response. how trumpy! also, herr bovino is going to be eating plenty of trash when he goes out to eat from now on!
hope that nazi scumbag likes his pina coladas with boogers and c*m! he's going to get a nice pension and 6 figure deal with fox or newsmax. but thats not enough money to isolate himself from decent society like trump and elon can do. every time he goes out to eat he is going to get his food f***ed with. every time he goes out in public he is going to have people looking at him with absolute revulsion and disgust. maybe someone will even do to him what he did to others and what he ordered others to do. at the least, he will be a pariah in his community.
Comparing deportation priorities under Obama and Trump: https://bipartisanpolicy.org/article/comparing-trump-and-obamas-deportation-priorities/ Unlike the priorities put in place in 2014, there is no inherent hierarchy in the list of priorities listed in Trump’s order — all are listed as equally important for removal. Additionally, “criminal offenses” is not defined (felonies vs misdemeanors, etc.), and could include minor misdemeanors like traffic offenses or crimes related to immigration status like illegal entry or reentry, that were specifically deprioritized by the Obama policy. The order also moves away from a focus on convictions to people “charged” or believed to have “committed acts that constitute a chargeable” offense — broad categories that presume guilt not proven in court. Combined with the extension of so-called 287(g) agreements that would deputize state and local law enforcement as immigration agents, these changes have also raised concerns among advocates that some jurisdictions will make individuals priorities for deportation by first arresting and charging them with a crime, regardless of the merits of the case. The memos also give much wider latitude to ICE agents with little guidance or oversight. Although the 2014 Obama policy also allowed ICE agents to target individuals they considered risks, it required a supervisory review by a Field Office Director. Secondly, while the use of prosecutorial discretion in the Obama policy focused on when removable persons could get a reprieve, prosecutorial discretion in the context of Trump’s policy is strictly framed as a disclaimer that the listed priorities do not constrain ICE agents’ ability to otherwise apprehend, detain, or remove any unauthorized immigrant. Lastly, the category for immigrants with a previous removal order does not list a date cut off, which will mean that long-time unauthorized residents will be prioritized regardless of when they received their removal order. The impact of this bottom-up system of prioritization is still unclear, but it will likely mean that who is in line for removal will be determined only by whom ICE can practically and easily apprehend (“low hanging fruit”) and the discretion of individual ICE officers. It is also likely that adherence to less strict priories will lead to an increase in the number of deportations in the years ahead, especially if the number of enforcement officers increased, as was called for by other provisions in the order. The implementation memo left room for agencies to determine whether further guidance is necessary to prioritize enforcement activities, but for now, the language of both the order and memo are an explicit warning that all unauthorized immigrants are at risk of deportation at any time.
@basso All you have to post is this basic fact and shut it down. We live in a time when wveryone just laughs at celebrities using their handlers to have opinions on this stuff,-- people have too much information available to them. I've made threads on problems escalating when local law enforcement doesn't comply with ICE. In addition you have Antifa running around freely in Minnesota tailing every van and constantly harassing. Don't for a second Freeman's handler doesn't know this. They intentionally lie to keep the protests coming, keep provoking ice officers into goi, and rioting their way into winning. Anarchists can't win fair and know it.
actually, considering how upset and irrational my posts have made you it seems like you need it more than anyone! or perhaps you caught something from your mom. your vile and foul, godless, sulphur-smelling demon-mother. she nasty!
Im just going to respond to this, because you are one of the biggest sources of misinformation and lies we have on this board. THEY ARE NOT GOING INTO SCHOOLS, CHURCHES AND HOSPITALS IN TEXAS OR FLORIDA LIKE THEY ARE IN MINNESOTA. MINNESOTA HAS NEVER SEEN THIS SCALE OF ICE IN THEIR CITY. Hopefully you get the point. But I know you wont cause you are who you.
LMFAO - doesn't take long for the marching orders to go out in MAGA land ICE? DHS? No sir we never liked or wanted ICE or "Homeland Security," - not us, no way no how We're small government conservatives
Didn't know it was that easy to accurately detail every unvetted immigrant to cross the 2,000 mile border! Not to mention, you stuck your foot in your mouth with the article you posted that conveniently leaves out the whole asylum thing: During the Biden years, he essentially granted asylum to everyone in a traveling caravan, from sub saharan Africa and even parts of Asia by coaching them on what to say at the border. There are numerous interviews of African guys saying this because the NGO's know how to get around the "unauthorized" immigrant or whatever new liberal term is being manufactured. When Biden was forced to make the asylum ban 5 months before the election, only 3.5 years too late, 86 percent of those at the border were deemed ineligible. It's a classic liberal trick - reframe the terminology, fudge the data, pretend like things are no big deal. How many migrants have crossed the US border illegally? - BBC News From the Jan 17, 2024 Congress testimony Now trump may demonize "others", but the other side will keep worshipping Somalians while they siphon billions from tax payer dollars. They're not sweating it out in construction. And they could do so with all the smugness in the world because nobody wanted to be called racist. Is it wrong to point out mass low IQ migration with no checks and balances creates issues? It's rude, but is he wrong when he says "they're not sending their best"? And importing that in mass quantities will cause problems? People don't want politico-mumble anymore. They want honesty. More money towards asylum seekers... for what reason, exactly? Why does the US constantly carry the burden for the instability and corruption of other nations? Why should US risk undercutting their own wages and social instability when they have economic woes of their own? Employers were gaming the H1B system (legal migration), so why punish them for doing the same with illegal migration? I don't think that stems the flow much when you look at how the NGO and benefit system works throughout the country. the voice has to come from the top --- which Biden didn't do, and Trump did. The whole globalist psychology is being left behind because Americans saw first hand how it gutted the middle class and created closed off communities that form monolithic voting blocs.
We could keep going. She doesn’t feel the need to interfere if ICE wasn’t manhandling people with impunity all over the country, etc. The point is that his action (which you characterized as him “shoving” an agent) was clearly reactive in direct response to the agent aggressively shoving that woman to the ground because her whistle blowing and shouting was irritating. What a rational person with a functioning moral compass has to decide is at which point does an action go from reasonable to misguided or stupid to utterly reckless and indefensible and criminally liable. In this case, I think that transition is clear from the chain events: a) the protester in the street protesting the officer by yelling and blowing a whistle, (b) the officer aggressively shoving her to the ground, (c) the victim intervening to help her while “shoving” (barely) the officer, (d) the officer and his thug homies leaping on the victim, restraining him, and then shooting him in the back till he’s dead.
Stopping by to give yall an update from Minneapolis. This past weekend was a whirlwind. The killing of Alex Pretti had shaken many people here. I didn’t know him but have friends at the VA and have heard from them and veterans that he treated and they all say he was very good man. On Saturday many were scared and uneasy. Several events including the T-wolves GS game cancelled or postponed. My band had a show that night and we went ahead and did it. We felt that it was important to continue to live our lives and bring some joy. The show went well and we had a very good crowd. Sunday I went to the memorial for Alex Pretti and the mood had changed. People were peaceful and MPD was providing security. Generally MPD was respectful and many at the memorial told MPD they appreciated what they were doing. Overall though there was a sense of resistance in the city. That though people were angry and afraid over what happened we weren’t going to allow this defeat us. Even with the fear and unease The city isn’t in chaos, people are still going to work, local authorities haven’t collapsed but are out doing their duty and most importantly residents are supporting their communities. There are many food and donation drives for groups that feel Too afraid to venture out. People are volunteering to drive and provide day care. At nearly every protest there are people handing out coffee, hand warmers and the most Minnesota thing dessert bars. This evening there is also some hope with news that Bovino is leaving and it appears that the federal government is backing down. A lot could still happen but there is a feeling that things might be turning around.
did he shove the "officer" though? i dont see him putting his hands on any of them. even after they shove and pepper spray him. he has a phone in one hand and the other arm up. he put himself b/t an out of control "officer" and a woman that said "officer" had shoved to the ground. we did see the "officer" violently shove a woman to the ground. there is definitely a pattern there. these ICE and border patrol a**holes seem to really get off on assaulting women.
