During that operation, a bystander moved into the operational zone — the active area where agents were working — which is exactly the kind of interference officers are trained to respond to. That’s why he was pepper‑sprayed and eventually pushed back toward the sidewalk — because entering into an ongoing enforcement action is precisely what provoked the initial reaction from agents
Keep writing your fan fiction, so where does it justify him getting a sht ton of bullets unloaded into him? Was he posing a threat after they disarmed him while he was already pepper-sprayed?
Jesus christ youre dumber than I thought. There's 5x the ice agents in Minneapolis than there are police. For the past moth they literally have been riding around looking for anyone to detain on the streets. There's zero evidence they were actually on some enforcement operation. Again the question isnt whether he should've been detained or not. The question at heart is whether the shooting was legal. He never pointed a weapon at the officers nor did he make any violent threats.
I would love to see Trump's approval rating in Minnesota going forward. If it was a swing state, it isn't anymore. You morons are fooling yourselves if you think you're winning and hearts or minds with this ****. You're engaged in a self'destructive extinction burst. Yea-uh, I'm not so sure. Murphy is a politician and they tend to reduce things to elections as quickly as they can. I mean, absent literally cancelling or stealing the next election or two, Trvmp and co. have pretty much assured that they won't carry Minnesota (or probably Wisconsin either at this point) anytime soon. I can't imagine how fired up average Minnesotans will be to vote this time. Won't be as many sitting at home, unless they're MAGA. I mean, there's a major election in just over 9 months. i've watched the videos, including NYTimes and WSJ frame-by-frame analysis, and I can't tell what happened. once they're in the scrum on the ground It is impossible for me to see who saw what and when. and the whole thing happened in the space of a second or two (borne out by the Frame-by Frame videos). it may very well be a bad shoot, but i will reserve judgement on the incident itself. I will not reserve judgement on Waltz and Frey.
Please stop pretending you know the exact training these agents were trained to respond to. It serves no purpose.
