Especially, they only discovered the gun after they pepper-sprayed him in the eyes, tackled him down, and beat/kicked the hell out of him. Then claimed, oh, we were right to beat him up and then shoot him 10 times in the back. Wouldn't some of the residents in Texas worry? Hey, what if in a few years, the lefties are in charge, a bunch of LGBT ICE agents do the same thing to you, just because you are in a crime scene (not existing) and most importantly in a wrong accent or attire?

Alex Pretti is an ICU nurse that helps veterans that served this nation working at the VA.

He was filmng federal agents which he has a legal right to do.

He has a handgun which he has a legal right to do.

Initially he obstructed nobody and opposite of blocking traffic was waving traffic forward.

Federal agents assaulted a women knocking her to the ground. He approached with his his hand holding his phone above his head. He sought to help the woman federal agents had knocked to the ground.

At no point did he initiate a threat of any kind, and certainly not a lethal one towards the federal agents.

Federal agents pepper sprayed him directly to the face. They swarmed him and had him pinned to the ground. They saw that he was armed. One federal agent removed his gun and cleared it from the area. After that happened a Federal agent shot Alex Pretti in the back. And several more times.

Federal agents did not check for pulse or attempt CPR. They initially wouldn't let medical staff near to render aid.

Before any investigation, government officials began to slander and attack the victim. They claimed that he came to commit a massacre, and was a domestic terrorist. They claim he assaulted federal agents. But when asked where on the video that happened, they could not answer and provided no evidence for any of their claims.

Federal agents removed evidence from the scene.

Federal agents refused to comply with a legal warrant and obstructed officers of the law from executing the warrant.

I don't know - dude was a nurse? Very suspicious. Could have been one of them transgenders that we all know are violent terrorists - probably has bombs hidden somewhere. From what I could see he was only on one knee when he was shot in the back of the head execution style, NOT two knees as the lying left claims!

Agreed, but citizens dont have the right to interfere with LEO doing their jobs. It's not like an ICE agent walked up and shot a protestor. Dude got involved in LEO action and got himself killed. Hopefully these protestors will have learned something. Maybe eventually they will learn.

 

It is like ICE/CBP just walked out of up and assaulted a woman that had done nothing to them and was in no way aggressive. Alex Pretti went to help the woman. That isn't interfering in anything close to what be a legal and justified ICE/CBP operation. Then Alex was disarmed and shot in the back.

 

ICE is not Law Enforcement Officers. I don't know how many times people have to tell your group this. If they are legitimate law enforcement officers, then they need to have ID tags on their uniform and vehicles.

Real police officers have better trigger discipline in a more life threatening situations than these so called LEO ICE agents. Unloading multiple shots against a citizen who's already on the ground is insane.

 

Why do you ask so much of regular people and so little of government agents?

The state took his legal gun, outnumbered him at least seven to one, and shot him multiple times.

At trial, the agents that fire their weapons will have to justify all 10 shots. This will not end well for them.

if he was such a threat, why not stand back and draw your guns? Why go tackle him at close range and execute him!

 

It's not too much to ask protestors to let ICE do their jobs. I'm all for ICE removing illegals and doing whatever is necessary to do their jobs. Interfere and this is what will continue to happen. Follow the laws and these things wont happen. Of course if the Biden admin had followed the law these things wouldn't be happening.

Unless this happens there will be more deaths like these.

 

Can you counter it with facts, or just the usual ad hominem? It's the most accurate interpretation of the events and as usual, the liberal hivemind hates accuracy. After Petti was allegedly disarmed, he was reaching aggressively for something.

If there was no weapon on the holster then you have to hold the officer who fired the first shot accountable, because he was clearly subdued and struggling to react with the mace. This situation has nothing in common with the first situation.

 

It's becoming clear this is what democrats want. They operate like Hamas hiding behind Palestinians... galvanizing their supporters to protest as aggressively and invasively as possible and when there's inevitable collateral damage, use it as an emotional call for open borders, eliminating ICE and give illegals and legals the same access to taxpayer dollars.

2 deaths is not enough for them and Trump's approval ratings are still 6 points higher than Biden at the same point.
