Yeah not like the Broncos are stacked with weapons either. That deep ball he threw was more accurate than anything Stroud threw all game lmao

Patriots got a big head for playing arguably the worst playoff qb of damn near all time this postseason.

for real people just mad we lost and I am too but watching this game shows the difference between our OC and new englands. They called a safe game for their quarterback and again just did enough. Our coaches baby CJ we need someone to call him out on his sh*t

This game sealed my hesitation.. Get rid of him.. He'll never rectify this feeling of the fanbasw after this .... But in hindsight, our goofy asses wouldn't have won this game either

CJ regressed because the Texans didn't address the Oline seriously since he was drafted. Those hits take a toll. Just because you started getting average Oline play in after game 7 in 2025 doesn't override the previous season and ahead of half, before they inserted Trent Brown. Doesn't magically fix CJ's pocket presence. This is where the offensive staff and Demeco need to work on CJ's confidence. His footwork is all shot, and that has caused his accuracy issues. Draft/Sign Oline, Draft/Sign a RB, and have CJ work with Caley and Jerrod Johnson all offseason.

Now it’s not just Texans fans. The internet is blaming him for allowing the Pats back in the Super Bowl.

If you’re worried about his ability to find his confidence again, imagine the boos at missed passes or interceptions next year. Might not be all his fault, but it could get bad next year.

Herbert? LOL. A wise person told CJ to stay off social media for a few months (he is not really big on it anyway). The offseason is key for him, no doubt.

Let some other team try to “fix” him. We have a Super Bowl D and need to throw everything at it next season…including a QB that doesn’t hurt your team in clutch games. Freaking space cadet.

Cj doesn’t carry himself like a qb. He’s a mental midget. He has horrible body language. He sulks and pouts when things don’t go his way.

Also, he sounds kinda dumb, almost jameis Winston like. His rookie season wasn’t even that good, only 23 tds compared to rookie Deshaun’s 19 tds in only 7 games.

CJ regressed for a lot of reasons, and it wasn't just the OLine. Our OLine was ranked 27th his rookie year and ranked 27th this year. It's a combination of things. Injury riddled running backs and wide receivers, poor coaching, and lack of discipline leading to penalties. I give CJ big credit for limiting the sacks, but give him a big F on his mopey pouty attitude when things go wrong. He needs to be more of a leader and less of a turtle pulling his head in his shell on the bench. I want to see him confident, and pumping everybody up. I get disappointed on DeMeco coddling and babying him, and never getting in his face when he should. I was jumping through the roof when we drafted him, but after 3 years I'd give anything to have a tough guy who will run without hesitation when nobody is open.

Sometimes its as easy as not throwing 4 picks in a half and you can put your team in positions to win games.

No he just isn't good. His issues at Ohio State are the same problems now. The league adjusted. Unfortunately he can't
