Are we talking about facts or feelings here?

Agent in front of car. Rene makes eye contact. Presses gas while he is in front of car.

So by your theory, what would have happened has he lost his footing while the car made contact and her car crushed his chest or head and he died?

She would have been charged with murder.

Yall are having to do a ton of hulu hoops to justify this stuff in your mind. LOL.

While you often change the topic from what’s being discussed, I have still engaged with you in many posts. But since you make assumptions and claim things about me that aren’t true, I see there is nothing worth discussing, so I have ignored you. Not literally with the ignore button, but I simply stopped engaging. I’m letting you know so you don’t waste your time asking me questions, because I don’t see any possibility of an honest exchange with you. You can say whatever else, and it will be ignored.

    Facts.

Actually, in a legal case, hypotheticals like that aren’t relevant. Charges like murder are based on what actually happened (“facts”), not on what could have happened if things had gone differently. Speculating about “what if the agent fell and got crushed” doesn’t change the facts or the law. Courts focus on the evidence, intent, and actual actions, not imagined scenarios.

With that said, and unlike some posters who ignore facts, I would say your facts or interpretation of them are just different from mine. I don’t want to reengage them. Our differences aren’t actually that important. What matters is the legality and factual findings from a proper and honest investigation, which isn’t happening. That is my main point: what you and I believe isn’t important; a proper investigation is.

Can you point me to the specific footage you are referring to that convinced you she tried to run him over? Because there are clearly very different perceptions of what happened, and I want to make sure I am seeing the one you are specifically referring to.

You mis step. I am not Maga. Sure I lean conservative as most men do but also share a lot of late 2000 liberal takes. Left is far closer to a CULT objectively. Some of you guys are having to hula hoop every political argument because it legitimately has zero logic lol.

In regards to Kash. I think defending this is a bad look.

Ultimately it was another dumb liberal pulling up to whistle town trying to get involved in something that had nothing to do with them.

And he died, because ICE is probably full on guys who couldn't get accepted to be cops.

Do stupid things, win stupid prizes. The Pretti Good combo both should have minded their own business.

Late yesterday, a judge issued an order in the Minnesota case over the federal-agent shooting in Minneapolis. The order says:

“Defendants, together with their employees, agents, and anyone acting in concert with them, are ENJOINED from destroying or altering evidence related to the fatal shooting involving federal officers that took place in or around 26th Street and Nicollet Avenue in Minneapolis on January 24, 2026, including but not limited to evidence that Defendants and those working on their behalf removed from the scene and/or evidence that Defendants have taken into their exclusive custody.”
Normally, law enforcement, especially federal agencies, is expected to preserve evidence after a use-of-force incident without a court order. That is standard procedure and required by law.

What makes this unusual is that the state had to go to court against the federal government just to make sure evidence wouldn’t be lost. Minnesota investigators were blocked from the scene and from accessing evidence in federal custody. A state having to sue federal agencies to preserve evidence is rare, and it shows just how deep the jurisdictional conflict is in this case. Whether it will actually work remains to be seen.

I believe the answer you're looking for is "murdering people is wrong and I expect better from my government".

The same folks praising Rittenhouse for being a heroic patriot and praciticing his 2nd amendments are now shtting on Alex Pritta, doing mental gymnastics to justify this execution.

What's the point of the 2nd amendment if ICE just straight up ignores it and uses it to justify murder.

Darwin award for practicing the 2nd amendment? Lol what a bootlicker.

And of course u hear crickets from the NRA

History shows that challenging authority is how change happens. The Founding Fathers engraved the right to protest into the Constitution.

Did you vote for Trump 3 times in a row? Did you defend the Uvalde cops when news first broke? Are you in a cult?

I do think there's a nuclear option for the site that can delete one's whole existence, give or take quotations and call-outs. One cannot initiate that themselves, without the help of admins, as I understand it.

But I would bet -- with zero slight or shade thrown to the admins -- that the site does not have protections or protocols for such government snooping or, heaven forbid, direct demands. It was built in a happier time and tends to have a happier, more optimistic ethos, in my opinion. We should all be careful, while it's also important to keep speaking / typing and to stay engaged.

Basic Civics class teaches you there is only two real parties. I certainly wouldn't vote for democrats because its a party that has no real values it actually stands by. So of course I would vote republican.

Liberal party is one operated on emotion and that is why it attracts who it attracts.

Theres very little impulse control on this board. Once logic is applied. It gets off topic in a hurry.
