Maybe its not IQ, but both sides are not the same here. My political affiliation is not tied to my sense of self. I don't think Trump matters, this isn't him or USA specific, he could have never been born and I think todays political climate would be pretty similar. This is happening in political discourse all over the world. The other side is stupid and evil everywhere and people are getting increasingly angry and exasperated as each day passes.
The catalyst was social media. It’s the drug that’s fueling this. Trump just came and took advantage of these people to rise to power to enrich him and his family. salvy and gang have always been hateful but without social media it wouldn’t be amplified.
