They are there by order of the governor to protect the people FROM ICE, not the other way around.

Well, if it was Trump's inner sanctum, I bet all of MAGA would feel pretty strongly that it does. Seriously, imagine Trump had been in that room and Antifa had been storming the capitol.

And yes, breaking into my inner sanctum in Texas involves me invoking Castle Doctrine. I cleaned and loaded about 10 guns today. Bought springs and ammo for a handful of others. I'm planning on having a loaded gun in every cabinet and every closet in this environment. I promise you anybody breaking into my inner sanctum is getting a rebuke of the most leaden variety and I'm not going to check whether the home invaders are armed or not. I really won't care, and neither will the law.

i don't own guns, and I never will.

    Ashlli was unarmed.

    Alex was not.

    They both confronted law enforcement.

please explain why one deserved to die and the other didn't.

Breaking and entering. Assaulting police. Violently threatening duly elected representatives. Vandalism. Destruction. Terroristic Threats.

    vs.

Filming thugs wiping their ass with the Constitution on a public street in a way that has affirmatively been determined to be a Constitutional right by the courts.

Alex had that 100% legal carry permit that the hard right is so fond of. He had EVERY RIGHT to be carrying that gun where he was carrying that gun today. Any suggestion that he was acting untoward or illegally or doing anything wrong at all by having it is in contravention of the laws of the land that have been fought for tooth and nail by the 2nd amendment wing of the hard right.

If you want to wind down the 2nd amendment in a controlled way, I'm game. Enthusiastic even. Not so sure your side of the isle feels the same. But if the law says he is 100% within his rights to have it, don't pretend it is some kind of justification. I mean, I guess you are welcome to believe it, but it isn't a valid legal theory making it a justified kill, especially after they disarmed him and placed the gun where he couldn't get at it before unloading on him.

Neither did, unless an investigation somehow proves otherwise with some unseen detail.

If people don't HAVE to killed, DON'T kill them. For the love of god

If you support ICE or have any affiliation with maga or trump, you are complicit in being the problem. It's no longer a difference of opinion ..supporting this administration and its unlawful actions reflects just how vile and disgusting you are.

When maga is dissolved when Dems regain control, or when donnie suddenly collapses from too much diet coke, McDonald's , lying and dementia / tertiary syphilis, don't expect to be forgiven.

You chose the wrong side and you have to deal with the consequences.

These are the consequences of a totally open border. You are correct it will be open again when the Dems are again in power tho.

Someone speaking facts and your response is emotional name calling? Bruh. You are an unhinged human who can’t control themselves over something you don’t agree with. Good luck in life.

Follow the law. You might live longer.

Wrong. Stop trying to equate a myth of an open border with the murders of civilians at the hands of ICE...

And yet, you're going to support their actions because you cannot fathom that your cult has never had any intelligence or control on major policies since the day of its miserable conception .

I'm sure you're a Derek Chauvin/Kyle Rittenhouse apologist , too. Hopefully I'm generalizing but your little border assertion heavily alludes to your conformity to the cult.

There’s been multiple law enforcement officers killed by vehicles trying to run them over. Saying someone wasn’t armed as they tried to put a 2 ton piece of metal over someone is largely hilarious to me.

He was holding his arm up. Definitely deserved to die. He could have been a ninja.
