We need to go back to having INS in charge of immigration policing, working under Justice Department supervision. DHS should not exist. This nationalized internal security service inherently reinforces its own fascist tendencies, and someone like Trump doesn't have any desire to keep it in check. They need lawyers and bureaucrats and people who understand orgizational culture and risk management in charge. This Nazi **** was always the final form of DHS evolution. It's a flawed model. The one we used before 2000 was so much less disfunctional.

I can believe she said that. It's scary as hell that she is accusing him of domestic terrorism. It's not like this guy walked up pointing an AR-15 at a bunch of ICE agents threatening to shoot them, or started shooting randomly at the agents. Does that mean every single person carrying a weapon with a permit is a domestic terrorist if they fight to get a group of armed ICE agents off of them after being yanked to the ground and pistol whipped? Should he have resisted? No. I'd never do that. Did he grab his weapon and point it at an agent? Did he fire at an agent? I have no idea. If he didn't, then this is murder plain and simple. If they found a weapon on him and removed it, then it is murder, plain and simple. Resisting arrest while legally carrying a weapon isn't justification to be shot 9 or 10 times. If the ICE agents, head of ICE and Noem are lying they should be arrested and prosecuted. What I do know is Trump will always blame the protesters and Democratic politicians, even if they are flat out murdered on the street.
