With the shooting this morning in Minneapolis things have gotten even tenser. State patrol including conservation officers were deployed out on Nicollet Ave where the shooting took place and already scuffling with protesters. The National guard might be called in soon. At this point it wouldn’t be surprising if the city is in lockdown by tonight.
For those wondering the temperature here is -4 F. This morning when the shooting took place it was -7.

Just looking at the physical movements of ICE, you can see how absurdly amateurish and untrained they are. This crew couldn't make it out of any police academy either intellectually or temperamentally. Multiple guys couldn't subdue one regular looking guy? They had no strategy and no understanding of how to immobilize a person. It left them vulnerable, they freaked out, and murdered the dude. If someone really does want to cause "maximum damage," these fellows are going to panic and run. They will not come to the aid of their comrades, much less the public. We have created an army of Uvalde cops, but more cowardly, more impulsive, and more sadistic. Part of that is hearing again and again from their leadership that they are always perfect and there will be no consequences when they are not perfect.
