What sucks is that video is so convoluted with people, no one will ever know what actually happened. You obviously can't believe whatever spin the government will put on it. They can plant a weapon, or do whatever they need to. The guy was getting beaten and pistol whipped. The other agents reacted as if they were surprised by the gunshot. Let alone the fact that that is not a safe situation to be shooting anybody. Whoever fired the shot, likely did it accidentally (pistol whip guy, maybe?) and out many others at risk.
