KD gets way too much hate on this board for what he’s providing for this team he’s still going strong, and we would be fcked without him he saves so many dead offensive possessions and scoring droughts with his ridiculous shot making the man is still ELITE
I love KD. Love the attitude...so what I am about to say isn't hate but an honest question. It seems to me that KD doesn't move well on offense without the ball. It seems to me that KD is about as crisp on his rotations as he is on his passes and this clogs the other players up from their rotations who are not about to tell KD to "move." It's like there's always a moment in the game when the lack of moment is so obvious and Sengun seems to be the only player saying anything about it. Ime get's on Alpi and Alpi points at the lack of spacing or movement. Anyone else see this? Also, I love seeing Jabari get mean. He's a different kind of mean than Dillon, or even any of the Pistons he was fighting with last night. His mean is more malevolently, arrogantly, sociopathic? It's got an edge that shows a blatant disrespect for the other guy. There's a sneer. It's like he's this choirboy Federation of Christian Athletes guy until the devil comes out.
Close this thread? ****, casuals are learning the truth in here.....how we can't rely on KD at the top of the circle every game as teams blitz him, and he is no longer the SUPERSTAR he once was, but is still an excellent shooter. The purpose of this thread is to say....TEAM BALL is more important for this particular team, Durant CENTRIC ball is not. DD
He doesn’t deserve the hate and he does bail this terrible offensive system out, a lot. He also is a bad fit with Amen and Sengun and has lost us a few games as well. That’s not hate it’s just an objective assessment of what he brings to the table and some of the things he takes away from the table (like 8 turnovers in a game or lackadaisical defense and passing at times). He’s here to stay and that can be a good thing, if Ime and company can figure out how to integrate he and Reed into the offense. Sengun will come back with a vengeance if they let him rest his injury appropriately. The last 3 or 4 games has given me hope that with a few tweaks we can compete.

DD, It seems like you choose to die on a hill every season with one of your abysmal "hot takes." For everything this roster needed before FVV 's injury, KD IS the answer. He creates offensive opportunities for everyone, is an underrated defender and rebounder and demands a double or triple team to free up our young guys. They've never had these wide open looks until KD arrived. You also chose to fail to recognize the incredible impact Durant has on the entire team. He leads by example and encourages guys like Jabari , Reed, Amen and even Clint on a nightly basis. Dillon Brooks couldn't do this and we all know that Jalen is an overrated, overpaid shot chucker. When the rockets win a playoff series this year and it comes down to KD being a proven killer, clutch player, don't crawl back to this ridiculous take of yours to acknowledge your lack of basketball knowledge, especially as it pertains to chemistry, results and the highest confidence this group has ever experienced. KD has flaws, but he IS the answer for nearly every glaring need we had after last season. And, he takes accountability when he falls short I'd normally ignore this thread, similarly to your obsession with DMo, but you must ignore logic, results and the overall sentiment fellow players have as KD's teammates. Do better. We have a champion, a player who is about to surpass MJ in points and you consistently whine about KD as a problem in countless areas. If it's satire on your part, well done. If you are truly feel the ridiculousness of your kd-hate posts, consider a self-check for delusion.
