Ime's under too much financial pressure from FO to minimize upcoming contracts, i.e. play the paid guys & avoid inflating stats of guys due for a payday.

Our upcoming guys aren't doing themselves any favors either. Now we see why Tari slipped in the draft. Maturity issues. He needs to grow tf up, take care of his body, get his bag, THEN he can give zero ****s like Kawaii, et al. At least he doesn't watch reality TV for dating advice with his mom like Jalen. Tari's theoretical upside, i.e. he can palm a ball, leadi league in 3PT%, is a scary combo.

Jabari Smith Jr is our weakest link but he's paid so they're playing him. He was the biggest reason why Rockets now have the infamy of worst 7ish game stretch of 3pt shooting in NBA history.

Daywalker with good point about developing younger talent. One of Amen and Alperen need to make a big jump and in today's league that means from 3. If Naz Reid can do it... c'mon man.

Problem with former player-coaches is they'll be biased towards what worked for them and Ime was a career 35% 3pt shooter and that number DECLINED in the *twilight* of his career (early 30s?).

I would take an Ime for JJ coach trade with the lakers in a heartbeat and both teams would be better off.
