There have been over 10,000 incidents of ICE officers being physically assaulted. That doesn't include the constant noise, yelling, swearing and blinding light being used. Most of them were in Los Angeles where no one died, even though heavy projectiles were being thrown of overpasses, cars were being smashed, fireworks were thrown in cars and frozen water bottles / bricks are routinely thrown at their heads. That all of this has only resulted in 1 death shows remarkable constraint. 1 death for 365 days of abuse.

Jan. 6 was 1 death for 1 day of abuse.

 

I live in Los Angeles. ICE has terrorized out communities here, but not to the same extent they have in Minneapolis. Illegal immigrants commit fewer violent crimes than citizens. There isn't a need for these tactics by ICE.

WRT Ross's second and third shot, one went through Good's left forearm and the another entered the left side of the brain at the temple (which was the kill shot). The second and third shot went through the open driver side window, when Ross was no longer in danger of being hit by the car.

A lot of the enthusiasm and approval of roughing up and berating immigrants stems from flat out racist people who look at all of them as animals. What we should really be talking about is the increase in ICE brutality and lack of accountability of a group of ICE enforcers out there ganging up and snatching, grabbing, and slamming people to the ground, and spraying pepper spray in their faces before they even have proof that they've done anything wrong. Then, lying about the truth of what happened! Every damn one of them should be required to have a body cam recording anything they do. If they can spend hundreds of billions on ICE, and throw out $50,000 signing bonuses, they can damn well afford to equip each off over with a $300 body cam.
