The winning future for this group/franchise is getting serious about becoming a fast-break team. It might take a year or two, but they need to embrace it. Once they get running, Amen goes from average to superstar (sans all the weak ball handling).
That, and some actual shooters around them too. Reed and Jabari have been too inconsistent. If we're going to keep Amen & Sengun together long term, we need elite floor spacers around them.
Lots teams dont run pgs anymore. Spurs themselves their pg comes off the bench. Castle and Fox arent pgs, Fox is an undersized SG and Fox is really an SF similar to Amen. Ime is the one who needs a pg because he doesnt know how to make an offense. FVV is the one who runs the offense thats why when FVV is gone Ime doesnt know what to do.
Looking like we may have to decide between Amen and Sengun. One of those two guys need to be surrounded shooters.
they're not going to shake it up. unless that shake up will set up for the future. the only shake we're going to get is some veterans signing.
