    We are down bad and in the worst possible timeline for the Texans.

    Ofcourse we all would trade for Burrow or Dak if possible but if not.

    It’s so bad, I think I would actually consider having Russell Wilson as our starting QB then CJ Stroud.

    I can’t even believe I’m suggesting this ****.
    It is back to dark time for Texans fans if we don’t find another Starting QB by next season :(

    I mean, no. Davis Mills is a better option. Trade for Joe Burrow is a better option. Aaron Rodgers. Kyler Murray. The list goes on. I’d rather have 49 year old Peyton Manning than Russell Wilson.

    Aaron Rodgers is kind of intriguing...............won't happen, but that's exactly the guy we needed this season, a game manager who is SMART and can read a D who is savy.......................coulda woulda shoulda

    Unless we swing a trade with CJ, I don't see us starting any of these guys next year.

    Assuming we do move CJ, Rodgers and Flacco jump off the page as "guys who would not lose you the game".

    Not sure why people think CJ isn't around next season they're going to pick up the option and in typical Texans fashion probably extend him as well

    IIRC in 2012 we were interested in Wilson...

    Passed on him to take a WR (Posey??)

    I remember we had the pick right AFTER he got selected and took Brooks (good pick!)

    I think they thought they could get him in the 4th, but nope
