Hes cooked as a QB. Trade him for a 3rd round pick and move on

Tank Dell suffered the major injury, but Stroud never recovered from it. Offense completely changed and he never looked the same again.

This appears to be a Texans tradition.

    Well well well.

I need all the CJ defenders to come back and defend this bullshit

I already had one sensitive ass person put me on ignore. lol

Now it makes sense, some of them are as mentally weak as how CJ been playing

I'm not gonna engage in the name calling, however the simple fact is there's no way one can feel confident in him at this point.

So that begs the question. Do you give up and hope to sign a game manager. Do you draft another guy, or do you bring him back hoping for a mental breakthrough.

wait… Wait. Wait! You came back from the future and said we won the Super Bowl, this year! What did you do? Some type of butterfly effect that cost us a championship. I think this one is on you. Unless, you really actually didn’t come back from the future after all.

I wouldn’t go as far as saying he is throwing the game. However, the last two seasons have seen CJ regress substantially to the point where serious questions need to be asked and discussed over on Kirby, and it all came to a head the last two games.

Whether we like it or not, CJ goes into next season as the starter, but the Texans have to think about a plan B at QB if CJ doesn’t get his **** together next season. At this point in his Texans’ career, CJ has a lot to prove with his play and his mentality. Right now he looks scared, timid and anxious on the field. His body language and his demeanor on the sidelines doesn’t look like a leader, much less a team captain. There is no way that the Texans can even consider giving him an extension with how he has played the last two years.

Hopefully he can get back to the level of play he showed is rookie year, cause this version of CJ is not conducive to the Texans making a deep run to the Super Bowl.

I wanted Texans to draft SSanders after he started falling just for this reason - we know his personality is totally different from CJ and he would of been good to put that pressure behind CJ

    We're snake-bit at picking QBs.

    Over it.

every since the ill-advised pep talk to Caleb Williams, football gods took away all of CJ's football skills.
