Well, I disagree. He should have started the game after the way CJ played last week. If he had, then we wouldn't have had 4 interceptions by halftime
Josh Freeman? Andy Reid could be the Texans o coordinator and CJ would still be throwing dimes to the defense in a cold road playoff game.
You can put Mills out there. You're right though. It's a Christian organization but CJ having too much "turn the other cheek" energy vs "Any means necessary" energy... that will continue to catch up with him. That will eventually lose the locker room and wreck the entire culture.
I can't remember CJ hyping or rallying the team on the sideline the entire season. CJ pouting on the bench by himself is the image that is burned in my mind. Bro is NOT a leader.
That’s not the answer either cmon man… Mills is a great backup. If he played the whole game today yeah we probably win. Getting through an entire season with him and hoping to be a contender you’d have to run out a generational defense year after year. It’s unrealistic.
Tough to lose for the third straight year without even an average performance from the offense. CJ is not that guy. Start looking around for another Darnold.
He needs to get it together cause he’s costing himself a lot of money. He’s all about that lifestyle so maybe he’ll come back extra motivated next year.
I agree with everyone talking about mental fortitude. He was talking ish after Steelers game... don't do that. Get your a$$ to the locker room and then spend more time in the lab. Literally won the Steelers game DESPITE you. And then you do this?? You know better, homie... so do better. I expect an MVP season next year and a Super Bowl title.... any less and hit the street
Yeah, Mills is a fine game manager, but he's not a "play from well behind" QB. I will say though, if the broadcasters' speculation about CJ's hand being injured is true, Mills should have started the game.
Hell nawh.. Deshuan fell apart before he left here... have you watched any Brown games where he has played?
