    I gotta question Stone too

he hasn’t shown that he has a clue about building a team

and if Ime is having so much influence on the roster, then that’s an indictment on Stone too…you’re the GM, and Ime ain’t Pop or Phil Jackson

Yes, he was. They had a solution at the point guard position until FVV got injured. Last year people were saying we could've went a lot further in the playoffs if Jalen Green played well. Trading Green + Brooks for Durant and acquiring DFS was supposed to be the final moves to building a championship roster.

Bright side is if we ends up trading one of Alpi or Amen it will be a good haul. I would say hardest decision will be how to pay Tari without making him unmovable. Since we have lots of pick and enough salary to bring in one bonafide super star if we decide to move either one, at this point I would rather cash out and just keep Alpi or Amen and trade everyone for asset or another star.

Fake comeback. It’s never good when I’m begging for stops and to score on the other end. Turns out it was OKC doing it to us.

the Capela signing made so little sense I started wondering if a Sengun trade for a superstar might be in the works

Why are we spending 7 mil/yr on a 10 mpg 3rd string C when we lack so much guard play and perimeter scoring?

he was fine on d for the most part. I dunno what happened on that run where they bombed 3 threes in a row. Just a lot of things that shouldn’t have happened. Thats why i keep saying every play counts. Cant have lapses and guys who make losing plays out there. I thought Amen Sengun Sheppard made a lot of losing plays out there. Unacceptable

Yep, we're having the same issue. JVG ran the team much like Ime, everything was on Yao-Tmac on offense, everything else was just scrappy basketball. Ugly basketball.

I just don't think you can get away with it today, the other team will eventually hit their shots while your team can't.

And they still didn't win jacksh*t because his system had been proven to fail in the postseason BEFORE he showed up here. That's why he's not a head coach anywhere.

This team lacks leadership on the floor. They are cooked right now. Fred, clearly was the most important piece. Once opponents figured out there's only 1 Rocket who you can't pressure with the ball, it's been a wrap.

Had a little more pep in their step but none of that matters when you can’t shoot or get stops.

I have always said that the signings of one dimensional players like washed up Clint, Okogie even (he has been good), DFS, some Gleague scrubs.......

Not really working in the long run.

Focused too much on Durant. It just feels forced and they have to retool again or even rebuild after striking out on Giannis.

I shudder to think about what happens when he inevitably gets hurt.

I dunno man. Amens shooting is a problem. If we get giannis for sengun it wouod be interesting but again you have 2 non shooters. But giannis is a better jumpshooter than sengun and quicker.

Like i said either get a star or almost star guard or get giannis or why not both? I dont think sengun amen combo works

Early in the season it felt like we were getting consistent effort and returns from everybody... even guys like Holiday were contributing...

now its like we r lucky if 2 or 3 guys show up on any given night....

We have to be buyers at the deadline for some offense. This is just embarrassing game after game after game.

Stop with these wishful thinking that fred will come back and help us. We need to help ourselves and get some help.

He is definitely don’t want to play for Ime for sure. There were many defensive play that he didn’t really care at all. You can tell when someone fail to guard due to physical limit but he just didn’t care both end tonight and I don’t blame him since many coaches like Reeds shooting ability and he can definitely find the role. Ime is scared of playing Reed because he is afraid he’ll get picked on but isn’t it weird that we never took advantage of opponents mismatch since we have one of the lengthiest line-up but never seen a play we hunt for BBQ chicken?

Why not? He ran the stupid zone and double bigs half the night. He had Reed and JD on the court at the same time. I’ve never seen a more incoherent offense in my life. Ime sucks and needs to be gone, but we are stuck with his sorry coaching for at least another year. Everybody blamed Jalen last year, when we had an even worse scoring offense.
