I look at it the other way. OKC is very beatable. They feast on bad teams but other .500 and above teams can beat them.

We're losing because of our own issues, I don't think they are in another league. They are the best team in the league but are super beatable.

You mentioned Jabari or JD...I'd say Sengun. He's supposed to be eating them alive in the paint but he's barely done anything at all on offense.

I guess when Jalen was traded away we thought the ball wouldn't be sticky out there. Well it lasted for one month. KD and Alpi hold the ball in an agonizing way sometimes. They seem to make slow ass decisions. Jabari on the other hand dribbles into trouble and stops the ball that way. On the matchups with OKC, Chet was neutralized by Dillon last year, and this year he licks his chops knowing he can bully anyone on this roster especially Jabari. I can't figure out if this team thinks it's better than it is and are just cruising or they are really a 6th or 7th seed. Either way they stink right now.

I’m not saying we need to go back to the D’antoni era and start shooting threes mindlessly just because, but only eight attempts in the first half is insane in the year 2026

Sengun has to be more decisive, bump and go, bring that ball up, why is he dribbling in the paint? You deep in the paint dude, make your move.

It's crazy the Rockets only trail by 7 at the half shooting so badly, but OKC is well-prepared to defend KD and nobody else is showing up on offense except Amen. Fortuntntely, they have an insane 13-4 advantage on offensive rebounds and Steven Adams is playing like a complete madman with 6 o-rebs in one half.

Rockets aren't going to win with Amen and Adams being the only two guys leaving their guts on the court. KD has to take a page from SGA and make quicker passes when the opportunity isn't there instead of holding the ball. He should also avoid perimeter isolations against J-Dub and Caruzo because he can't back either guy down without turning it over. Their hands are just too active.

Who will step up in the 2nd half for the Rockets and put the ball in the hole? I don't think OKC will allow KD to do it. I think Alpi has the best chance but he's got to be more decisive, attack quicker and avoid dribbling into traffic. Nobody dribbles into traffic against them and gets away with it.
