Most teams go through stretches where they struggle. Given we are missing an important piece in FVV that is responsible for keeping TOs down, running the offense, playing good defense, and providing leadership on the court, it’s not crazy that we’ve hit a rough patch. We did it last year when FVV missed like 6+ straight games.

KD is 37 and even if he was 27, his play style isn’t enough to plug that hole. You need someone who can get him the ball 90% of the time and space appropriately.

get a point or get FVV some new legs.

It’s pretty clear and this should be our top priority near the trade deadline. It was also supposed to be a top priority in last year’s deadline, then during the summer even BEFORE Fred’s injury, and obviously after he got injured. I really don’t understand why either Ime doesn’t define it as a necessity, or why Stone cannot make any move.

Because it’s not our problem. Shooting and a coherent offensive approach is our problem. None of you got have a pg guys can say who and how.

KD also doesn’t GAF about the regular season much.

Averages 29 on 60 TS, 3 more PPG than his regular season splits.

Not his fault the suns are a poverty franchise and can’t build a team to save their life.

I could believe that watching him lazily throw passes. It’s like he thinks he’s too cool being that tall to put effort into passes. He just thinks his go go gadget arms are enough.

I dunno I will sometimes look at rosters and nobody stands out as a good fix that we can realistically get. I don’t think they want to roll the dice and risk messing with our talent pool. Mayyyyybe FVV can get an answered prayer and return by April.

Not knowing who we can get doesn’t mean we don’t need a point guard…

and you’re not wrong, shooting is a huge problem. But the inability to run an offense is a direct result of not having a point guard.

The Rockets have played 37 games this season.

Out of those 37 games, only 14 of them have been at home.

The Rockets are second in the NBA in scoring differential.

    The Rockets are fine.

Reed Sheppard is going through a bad spell and Sengun missed some time - but that is how it goes.

It’s almost like he’s not a point guard.
