JD was extremely solid last game. Not flashy, but he was a pretty decent playmaker while also being good on D. He ended up with +14, not bad for somebody who hasnt played real mins. He is also listed at just 6'1 but eye test he is taller than Reed who is prob 6'2 now.
Exactly, he should be the point guard. Career 28% three point shooter and the Rockets don’t understand how to use the guy. Same with Eason, starts season hot at threes but has been historically an awful three point shooter and now they have him out there bombing threes. Not a high iq team at times.

It's causal but the other way. JD playing doesn't guarantee a Rockets win, JD is mostly only allowed to play when the Rockets win is already guaranteed.
